Therapy Services for All Ages and Abilities

Wynd Therapy Collective is a collaborative community of independent therapists dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-informed mental health services for individuals ages 5 and up. Our collective brings together practitioners with diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and areas of specialization, allowing us to offer a broad range of therapeutic approaches tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.

Our therapists provide support across many areas of practice, including neurodiversity-affirming care, child and youth mental health, parenting support, family and couples dynamics, trauma, anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, identity exploration, relationships, grief and loss, life transitions, self-esteem, and work or school-related stress. Many of our practitioners also have specialized experience supporting parents as they navigate the complexities of raising neurodivergent children, advocating within educational and healthcare systems, and strengthening family relationships.

Whether you are seeking support for yourself, your child, your family, or your relationship, we strive to connect you with a therapist whose expertise aligns with your needs.

At Wynd, we recognize that healing is not one-size-fits-all. We believe that every individual deserves care that is personalized, affirming, and grounded in respect for their lived experience. Our collective welcomes people from all backgrounds and identities, including those who identify as neurodivergent and those who do not.

More than a shared practice, Wynd is a community of therapists committed to journeying alongside our clients through life's challenges and opportunities for growth. Together, we foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment where people feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful and lasting change.

You've made it! Welcome,

My name is Meghan and I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association.

I specialize in working with neurodiverse clients across the lifespan and empowering parents as they navigate complex realities for their children.

I have been working professionally with children, youth, parents and families since 2015. I am passionate about helping both individuals and families navigate difficult transitions and circumstances of their lives. My early career involved supporting youth in the community and this evolved into a passion for supporting those that so often get lost or overwhelmed by complicated systems and services. I completed my undergraduate degree in the Child and Youth Care Program with MacEwan university and went on to complete my Masters degree in Counselling through City University.

I enjoy working with children, teens, young adults, families and adults and I have experience supporting them through issues involving: Anxiety/Worry/Stress, Behaviour-based concerns, Emotional Regulation, Coping Skills/Self-Care, Body Image and Self-Esteem/Self-Compassion, ADHD/ Neurodivergence, Grief and Loss, Trauma, Relationship issues, Depression, Self-Harm/Risky behaviours, Parenting and Family Support, Life Transitions and Change, Parental Divorce/Separation and more.  In my work I use an integrated and holistic therapeutic approach, meaning that I often blend a variety of modalities and techniques to best support your unique needs. Often that includes an attachment based perspective in which I integrate various therapeutic frameworks including, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness. When working with children and youth, I also integrate non-directive Play Therapy based techniques and creative/expressive therapies to help them navigate their learning journeys.

Hello!

My name is Andrew, and I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor (C.C.C.) who is enthusiastic about supporting your journey towards improved mental, physical, and emotional well-being. I previously worked for over ten years as a professional engineer in the Alberta oil and gas industry; this experience provides me with insight into some of the challenges associated with job and career development, striving to achieve a work-life ‘balance’, feeling burnt out and/or demotivated at work or home, potential career/industry transitions, and relationship/personal challenges.

I practice from a trauma-informed perspective and have a special focus/interest in anxiety, depression, burnout, men’s health, and relationship/couples’ issues; these are of special interest because I have lived experience with all these themes and topics. I have experience as a client with individuals, couples, and group counselling; these shape my practice and help me connect with my clients through an appreciation of how intimidating and scary therapy can be. I utilize a combination of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), and skills development psychoeducation.

In my spare time I enjoy walking with my dog Apollo, remaining active through organized sports, gardening, paddleboarding, snowboarding, and playing modern and retro video games.

Hi!

My name is Nadia and I’m a Registered Psychologist who works in person in Edmonton and virtually throughout Alberta.

If you're looking for someone who has additional training and loves working with couples, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), phobias, domestic violence, and trauma (PTSD & C-PTSD) - you found her! I've studied Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, exposure therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I give practical strategies to help you face fears, re-work traumatic memories, and address broken relationships, but I'm always listening to hear what does and doesn't work for you.

Although we can't change the past, we can change our relationship to it. One way we do this is by revisiting memories and working through beliefs or feelings that were instilled at a younger age. I also use an attachment lens to help you understand ‘the how and why’ of your current relationship patterns with your loved ones. In therapy, you may listen to your internal cues sooner and learn to respond before they turn into problematic coping strategies. I help people create a step-by-step plan to face their most feared triggers and break free of trauma, phobias, and OCD compulsions.

Therapy can give you just a few strategies in a handful of sessions or it can be ongoing self-care that helps you understand yourself over years. My main priority is making sure therapy stays tuned into your goals. If I'm not the right fit, I'll help you find someone who is!

If you're not sure, you can book a free 15-minute consult with me and we can talk about your options and what works best for you.
